It's very, very easy to accidentally spread misinformation on social media, especially when it comes to natural disasters. Here are some pictures to watch out for in Hurricane Sandy coverage.

This is often credited as Hurricane Isabel, but Snopes says it is not so: Its provenance is not known but some think it was a 2003 tropical cyclone in Australia.
